    Unzip the file

    Double-click the .zip you downloaded. A folder called Inbox-Assistant appears. Keep it somewhere safe like your Downloads — don't delete it, Chrome loads from this folder.

    Open Chrome's extensions page

    In Google Chrome, click the address bar, type this, and press Enter:

    Turn on Developer mode

    Look at the top-right of that page and switch Developer mode to ON.

    Load the extension

    Click Load unpacked (top-left), then choose the Inbox-Assistant folder from Step 1. A card titled “Meta Inbox Follow-up Assistant” now appears.

    Open it inside Meta

    Go to Meta Business Suite → Inbox. A Follow-up button appears on the right — click it to open the panel.

    Enter your license key

    Paste the key from your email and click Activate. That's it — you're ready to go!

💡 A yellow bar may appear saying the extension “started debugging this browser.” This is normal — just leave it, don't click Cancel. It's how the assistant types your message neatly.
🛡️ The first time you click Start, tick the short safe-use box. Keep the Meta page open and visible while it runs, and only message customers who agreed to hear from you.
